ABOUT DR. TARTT

Dr. Alduan Tartt is a positive psychologist, professional speaker, parenting, teen and relationship expert as well as devoted father. He provides positive, empowering and relationship enhancing advice for teen girls, couples, men and womenHe is author of The RING FORMULA: How To Be The Only One He Ever Needs.

He is also contributing author for Saving Our Daughters- Who Will Save The Little Girl, a book series that reforms bullies. He is also recognized as a nationally recognized parenting expert. He recently completed two audio CDs, How to Raise Your Child’s Grades Now: Nine Ways To Improve ANY Child’s Grades and The How-To Guide For Being A Super-Dad: A Toolkit for Fixing Our Families.

He has appeared on ABC Nightline with Steve Harvey and Hill Harper, MTV’s Made, CBS Radio, BET Networks TVOne’s Black Men Revealed, Fantasia For Real, Gospel Touch and over 30 radio broadcasts. He is the resident relationship expert on the Rickey Smiley and Darlene McCoy Shows for Radio One.

Dr. Tartt is a frequent contributor to Essence, Black Enterprise and Sister 2 Sister magazines and is a monthly columnist for Today’s Black Woman and Solo Woman magazines.

He is a graduate of both Morehouse College and the University of Michigan where he was one of the youngest African-Americans to receive his PhD in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Tartt owns a thriving positive psychology practice in Decatur, GA and has successfully worked with well over a thousand clients in Georgia, California, and Michigan. He has served on the Board of Directors for the 100 Black Men of DeKalb and Forever Family.  Dr. Tartt is also an associate member of the National Speakers Association of Georgia.
